The workshops delivered by the Merz Institute were an eye opener. The work of their deeply expert team has managed to point at a significant societal blind spot, and through the workshop I was awakened to a new realm of possible approaches to limit ecological overshoot.
I was personally challenged to consider the societal norms that have influenced my day-to-day habits, and now have the opportunity to consider how to shift them. There was much in this to support our team of behavioural scientists to design interventions that could help others see the same.
